In Sweden this weekend, where wrapped bales translates to 'tractor eggs' Love it! 😍 🇸🇪

Apparently the flour from this Maris Widgeon wheat harvested in August is coming my way in around 6 weeks - then I just have to see what I can turn it into! 👩‍🍳 We direct drilled into a herbal ley as a bit of an experiment. So far so good! Can't wait to see it from start to end!

Had a great educational (and boozy) afternoon in Oxford with these two lovely ladies, learning about heritage wheat in gin production! So great to work with such fabulous people, makes me feel very lucky!

Couldn't wait tonight when I took receipt of the flour from a local mill! Several hours later - bread rolls from our Maris Widgeon wheat. The wheat wasn't touched between drilling (into herbal ley) and harvest - no fertiliser, no pesticides. Pure satisfaction! #homemade
