So I have come to the disheartening conclusion that I am not good at Bayesian thinking. I can compute posteriors as well as anyone, but I don’t find myself using it in decision making as much as I should. Could anyone suggest books/other resources to put it into action?

So I've been absent here, but a lot of exciting things happening: I took a leave from Emory earlier this year to work with the Google Bard team, helping to create new AI experiences. Bard is now Gemini, and I'm really excited about what we're creating there. More soon :)

Glad to see Jay’s hard work recognized. His work does a great job of balancing the goals of making the system simple and automated (and thus easier to ship in a product) with allowing users to engage with possible harms in a reflective way.
