Just discovered Salvage Hunters today never heard of it before today, really enjoyed it, watched Alex Webster bring a dilapidated wooden carcass back to life, superb job and he was spot on, as a Restorer your never 100% happy no matter how good the job done is ๐๐ป #amustwatch
Just sitting down with a glass of something nice and last nightโs The Great Pottery Throw Down I always marvel at the skills of these talented people, normally I only get to see the broken versions of such wonders ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป
Interesting segment on Antiques Roadshow just now, slightly incorrect though. All the restorers I have known inc myself, do the full repair themselves, thats the repair & the painting, they don't give the repaired piece to someone else to paint.
