This time of year, I am always humbled by the exceptional teams I have the honour of leading. I have learnt so much from our team of SLEs. Exciting new projects being launched for Serious Youth Violence / Social Mobility / Oracy / Minorities into ITT to mention a few. Come on!

Over the last 18 months, our fab Members led a consultation & listened to 1300 staff, pupils, parents, Govs. On what it means to belong to our Trust. We kept returning to our 6 key words that form our new vision. These will permeate through all our work mike berrill swathen

Including an ECT (at the time) in the facilitation phase of the consultation shows so many of the values in this vision! Proud to have worked on this with swathen and mike berrill and the other members of Chiltern Learning Trust and proud to belong to an organisation which has these values
