Some great news: Jamie Marsicano's domestic terrorism charge in Dekalb County was dismissed by a judge, who noted that the State prosecutors have been intentionally delaying the case.

Though Jaime's DT is dropped her RICO, based on her DT charge, has not been. This ridiculous situation is only further proof that the state has no real basis for these charges. Their purpose is meant to attack the movement, we must defeat them to gain freedom.
