Just finished reading “Leadership and Self Deception.” Wonderful book to remind us in Law Enforcement how to Lead by our actions and how we treat people.

I stay away from talking politics. As one who has 👁 War 1st hand, the human misery transcends borders/politics. My heart aches for the Ukrainian people.

God is good! I was approached this morning by a young guy in need struggling with an issue. We talked God and had a good conversation. 20 min later I was told: You really helped me mentally reset. THAT is my fuel that keeps me going. That makes the bad stuff worth dealing with.
