So the ever useless David Vidal s homegroup and their useless incompetent contractors are the WORST people I’ve ever had to deal with. Change appts without informing me. No hot water in my kitchen for 3 weeks and they don’t care. A DISGRACE. I AM FED UP.

What is going on with M&S sizes? Ordered new pyjama tops. 3 medium. Only 1 fitted. One had enormous sleeves. The other was at least 2 inches wider. Yet identical styles and sizes. Ludicrous. All but one returned and now I have to reorder. Terrible service.

Very annoyed Nationwide. Cancelled my direct debit to my council for council tax as want to pay it myself. Cancelled ages ago and still showing as ‘cancelling’ on direct debit list. Why. I want this removed and them not taking payment this way 😡😡
