Worst flight it a LONG TIME - United Airlines flight 971. Small delay for weather...THEN they notice a tire issue?? Going on 4+ hours on the ground with 1 tiny bottle of water and a cookie. Now flight isn’t even direct and have to go Newark first for new crew! #unitedfail

Will second guess flying United Airlines again! Requested pre-board for my wife who is very pregnant - gate agent said “of course”! Then when boarding we were shamed by a different agent and made to feel extremely uncomfortable. Thank you Southwest Airlines for being more welcoming!
