We're building out the chemical space around a SHIP1/2 inhibitor hit we found in 2010. These new molecules (tryptamines) are potent inhibitors of both SHIP1 and SHIP2. Pan-SHIP1/2 inhibitors are a special class of inhibitors. More to come! doi: 10.3390/molecules27238451
