On Friday November the 29th. I took a hard fall on some icy steps. And broke my left hip. I now have a metal rod running the length of my femur with several screws & 22 staples. I also landed on my left shoulder. at this time i'm learning to walk again.

Just found out today, that my left shoulder is also broken
