Are you interested in representing your local community? We are looking for magistrates to sit in Liverpool, Bootle & Birkenhead. You don’t need any qualifications, but you must have an awareness of social issues, sound judgement, & a sense of fairness. icanbeamagistrate.co.uk

To sit as a magistrate in the Adult Criminal Court, you are expected to have observed at least two court hearings before applying. You can observe a hearing in person from a public gallery or remotely. For remote observations contact the court in advance - find-court-tribunal.service.gov.uk
