So Piyo Day 9 I took as a rest day yesterday as I’m full of a cold. Day 10 completed today 💪. 8 days with no alcohol on top. Feeling great 😊

Piyo Day 11 done! Technically day 10 but I had this weeks rest day on Saturday and I’ll just push through leaving Saturday as a rest/cheat meal day. Day 10 no alcohol today. I’m not drinking today! 😁💪

Day 12 of Piyo done. Feeling better and stronger every day. Big boost to my mental health as well which is a bonus. Today will be Day 11 with no alcohol. 💪

Piyo Day 13 done. Ready for whatever Wednesday throws at me 💪 This is day 12 with no alcohol

Piyo Week 2 completed ✅ Today is Day 13 alcohol free! 💪

Piyo Day 15 done. Rest day and a bit of junk tomorrow. Trust will be Day 14 with no alcohol.

Piyo Day 20 done. It’s not going perfectly but journeys don’t. I have had a couple of days where work and home life got in the way. Tomorrow morning I’ll complete week 3 though. I’m improving my diet steadily and feeling so much stronger 💪

3 weeks of Piyo done 💪 still on a 4lb overall weight loss but definitely seeing muscle definition now. 5 weeks to go! Happy Monday all!
