1. VaxSupport in what way is it suitable to return my product like this. When I sent my Vax for repair, I put extra paper and polystyrene in the box to protect the product. On transit the vacuum came open and unfortunately dust spilled onto the item.

2. VaxSupport On transit the vacuum came open and unfortunately dust spilled onto the item. After demanding a £40 fee to clean the item I said to return it as that was not my fault and the customer service was appalling. This is how it has been sent back.

3. VaxSupport no protection around the item or anything. Its disgusting. Let's hope it has not received any further damage due to untrained, rude, demanding staff not being able to see where there error was. I will never buy from Vax again or recommend you as a company.

Disgusting of Butlin's Taking people's money but can't guarantee they can book onto activities & shows. Another friend is going next wk & only has 3 things booked. You need to overhaul your booking system Butlin's to be fair to all. Will be some very disappointed kids next wk 🤬
