Checking out the menu of another #RoyalAscot Chef in Residence, Tom Barnes. Tom Barnes is returning for his second solo appearance at Royal Ascot in The Old Press Room in the Royal Enclosure.

Another big announcement for - I’m so excited for Tom Barnes, our former executive chef in the north-west, who will open his first restaurant Skof_Manchester next year. I’m incredibly proud of Tom and everything he has accomplished and can’t wait to see Skof in action.

It’s been pretty hard to keep this under wraps, but I can't wait to show Manchester what we've been working on over the last few months. This has been my dream since I started cooking and it feels pretty surreal to be happening! So excited! @skof_manchester. Opening spring 2024.
