For the collage-aged population. In this time it’s challenging to stay active. I encourage you to go through a body weight circuit consisting of: •100 jumping jacks •100 squats •100 sit ups •100 push ups #activemavs

For the young kids having trouble being active while stuck in quarantine! Here is a little activity to get outside and move around! Bear crawls 3x10yds Im a star’s 3x10 Jumping jacks 3x20 Hop on one foot then switch 3x5/5 each foot #activemavs

Another great way to exercise indoors for all the older adults out there! A great way to get up and move around is to do: Standing knee raises 2x10 Sit down,stand ups 2x5 10 minute walk outside. If you can’t walk out side,walk in place for 10 minutes to get your HR UP #activemavs

Again for the older adult population. A good way to stay mobile is to keep your joints moving. Here are some exercise you can do around your house. Walk up/down stairs at own pace 2x Step ups 3x6/6 each leg Air squats 2x10 Finisher: 5-10 minute walk #activemavs
