Bump Bucket with 5th grade. Partner 1 starts by tossing to Partner 2 with bucket who bumps it back. After Partner 1 bumps it back, Partner 2 tries to catch it in the bucket. They were awesome! #physed

Hit and Switch with Pre-K. Students worked on striking a ball off of a cone. After you hit, put the racquet back and switch with your partner. Great hand-eye, sharing, and taking turns. #physed

Newcomb Volleyball with 5th grade. Students at net hit 2 bumps back and forth then hit it over the net. Other team tries to catch it before it hits the ground. Fun lead-up! #physed

Hit and Run with 1st grade. Culminating activity. One partner hits the ball off the cone. Other partner gets the ball and tries to bring it back to the big cone before their partner makes it down and back. #physed

Touchdown Bucket with 4th grade. Partners go end line to end line trying to score a touchdown. If partner with bucket catches the ball in the air or on one bounce, the spot can move up. They were awesome! #physed

Break the Chain (Paddles) with 4th grade. Alternate striking and catching with your partner. Collect the hoop if you catch with one or both feet in. Play until no more hoops left. Count up your hoops and play again. Lots of fun! Thanks Round Hill P.E. #physed

Jump In, Jump Out instant activity with Pre-K. If beanbag is in hoop, squeeze between feet and jump out. If beanbag is out of hoop, squeeze between feet and jump in. They were awesome! #physed

Twirl and Jump with Pre-K. One partner twirls the hoop while the other partner jumps. After 5 jumps, they change jobs. Great job taking turns, sharing, and jumping. #physed

Beanbag Battle with 5th grade. Roll the dice, add up the numbers and jump the sum. Toss a beanbag into the other team’s hoop and partner rolls and jumps next. Try to get all the beanbags to the other hoop. They worked so hard! Thanks OPEN Phys Ed #physed
