Hey Southwest Airlines. Finally just boarded flight 1462 from BNA to OAK. You might want to re-evaluate your pre-boarding policies. 20+ people “needed” pre-boarding… but most declined needing the wheelchair on their reservation. Trying to figure out why I paid for priority.
