...and sometimes reviewers misunderstand authors ideologies. It is good to get feedback on rejection rather than rejecting a paper without any reason like some journals will always do!

Being ghosted in academia is never hearing from a collaborator for three months. Why don’t academics answer emails?! There’s no other profession I can think of where this is acceptable. We all have too many emails and enough time so that’s not an excuse #AcademicChatter

You want to be successful and you are good at cursing your land. Impossible!

Most of the citizens are even worse than the government!

As a scientist & academic, there's something satisfying about reviewing a PhD thesis with all its chapters already published in indexed scientific journals. It's like being handed a puzzle with all the pieces already in place.

I totally disagreed with people calling a Ph.D degree a "PErmanent HeadDamage". How can one progress if the head is permanently damaged? . I would rather call it a "Permanent Head Development" as one is required to contribute his quota to the development of the global world.

Every day I am in awe of international students. Doing a PhD in your native language and home country is hard. Doing it in a non-native language, in a different country and different culture is so much harder. You are not stupid. You are legends.

Motivate them!

Doing a #PhD is hard. If you're finding it hard, doesn't mean you're stupid. If you do PhD in second language it's harder Do it in different discipline it's harder Have poor supervision it's harder If you're isolated it's harder These don't mean you're stupid. Just make it harder

Some people believe that things will get better while others believe it will get worse. Some people keep praying for the "land" while others are busy cursing the "land" It shall be well!
