The P7s Moorfoot Primary enjoyed exploring different CPA strategies to add, subtract and multiply fractions🤩


The P4s Moorfoot Primary used a variety of strategies to support division. Whilst many learners enjoyed using Numicon to solve challenging calculations, others enjoyed using their partitioning skills to calculate answers using the grid method 🤩


Today Moorfoot Primary the P5s learned how to work out challenging calculations using the compensating strategy. They then looked at different CPA activities to make equivalent fractions and to find fractions of a quantity 🤩
