Yesterday, in honor of National Injury Prevention Day, we visited UNC Children's Hospital with NC_OSFM's Sparky the Fire Dog to promote injury prevention. We read Sparky's Story and had a great time raising awareness about how we can make a difference in reducing injuries.

Heads up! Tomorrow, June 4, expect smoky conditions during live burn training at an abandoned home on Old Durham Road. During this training, you'll likely be able to see smoke from I-40, Fordham Blvd., and surrounding areas. This training is weather-permitting.
