- Home prices always go up
- Rising home prices necessarily mean that homes become less affordable

Was introducing my high school kid to some basic sorting/filtering in Excel. He’s got a Chromebook and Microsoft 365 so we used the Excel web app. Not impressed. Filtering a 75k row dataset produced several results that were just plain wrong and missing relevant rows. 😬
