Amidst the shopping and eating, we have gotten games played this weekend!

So a month or two ago I had the notion of playing #ttrpg games around a old ancient tree. After hacking my way through learning simple cad and some arts and crafts.. I made my own Tree GM screen. It’s not perfect, but I think it’s neat and wanted to share it with you.

So Sat night around midnight-1am, I thought “lets do a speedpaint challenge” on one of my backlogged games. About 24 hours in, and making a good clip on progress on Flying Frog Shadows of Brimstone set! Maybe I can knock all this out in the next couple of days!

Oof. First game is a smidge harsh.

A few years ago, I took on the task of building the BGG Discord, it’s daily maintenance, and doing what I could do to foster it’s growth. Today we passed 10,000 users, and I just wanted to thank everyone who has stopped by, or joined our community. It means a lot. Thank you.

Dee spoiled me this year for my birthday. We now have everything printed for Vaesen. They are great books, even if you don’t actively play RPG’s.
