Having now seen "LEGO®️ Masters" I wish to revise a previous statement: "Agile is just hugs & LEGO®️ now" --> "unwanted hugs" & "poorly constructed LEGO®️"

I have a theory that at least some of the people who get rejected as contestants on "LEGO®️ Masters" then go on to become Agile Coaches & Trainers as a fall back position. Unless of course they can get one of those sweet "Luxury Dice Consultant" gigs.

Simultaneously sad & amazing that this slide is now just as to more relevant more than 5 years after I first built it. Seemed whimsical then!

Many useful metrics can be gathered cheaply, easily & accurately. Low trust cultures live in fear of "gaming" thus auto-pivot towards "culprit catching" Result: Cost & complexity increase & accuracy declines. #TrustIsGoodBusiness
