Talk about making hard work of that win for England - just think how easily they’d have walked to victory if they’d prepared better by playing against a bunch of Indian second teamers.

Shocking appeal and it’s an embarrassing way to take a wicket… but surely the ball is dead anyhow? It’s not moving, the batter is back in his crease and the wicket keeper is walking towards the ball - I’d be surprised if anyone considers it to be in play.

I suppose a key part of rugby is respect for the referee and their decisions. However, given that a French player on two occasions charged the penalty, why wasn’t it re-taken (10 yards nearer)? The laws are clear that defending players are meant to stand still.

Yes. Because more than 50% of the ball is in the blue shaded zone, it’s literally on the picture that you tweeted 🤷🏻‍♂️

Sad news about Frank Duckworth dying aged 84 - although apparently it rained for significant amount of his life, so he recalculated his age to be 77…

Not sure I care much about the Hundred… but Sam Billings is a fine captain, keeper and batter (even if he did get a golden duck in the final)
