Was brave in possession but his off the ball work really stood out today too, you could tell he absolutely wanted it. He's the type of player that always tries to make things happen and they're so rare these days - the sky is the limit

Lavia is so, so good btw - desperate for him to put those injury concerns behind him, we're a different team when he's in it

A week ago, Natalie Gedra asked Enzo Maresca if he agreed with Arrigo Sacchi's belief that a football team is an orchestra that has no place for soloists. Neither knew his answer would prove prophetic. “Yes, he [Sacchi] is right, you need your team to be an orchestra,” responded

Enzo's willingness to adapt in-game proactively and utilise more of his squad, especially those he doesn't always seem to trust (Guiu, Josh) is an incredibly promising development, especially as it's bringing results. Both were my major concerns with him coming out of last year

I think Lavia has a definite use case across a season that makes him an excellent player to have if, and it's the biggest if, you can keep him fit. If you can't then pretty much everything else is redundant, more so with a player of his profile. Still have high hopes though

Every now and then you have a youth player that simply doesn't feel like a gamble and in the same mould as RJ, Josh is very much one. Has so much about him that with a bit more experience and refinement, will most likely be a bonafide starter moving forward. We've a gem

Wonder whether he'll sit above the current SDs within the hierarchy? Feels like there's a lot of talent within the pool of directors that we have but not a huge amount of cohesion and sporting leadership
