We were still being subverted and destroyed in the 80’s, but the cancer was only at stage 1-2 at that point. (Jobs being offshored. Immigration/amnesty, divorce rates.) We are in stage 4 now. Where nothing about America is even recognizable….

Did you know that the price of corn in Oct of 1974 was $3.80. Corrected for inflation, that $3.80 would be worth $24.84 in today's $. Current price at my local elevator for corn is $3.89. Think about that. I think we are (or need to be) on the cusp of a paradigm shift in Ag.

If you plant right now, you can have a garden crop before 1st frost from seed. 45-60 days: Cucumber, zucchini, sm melons, taters, string beans, peas, warm season lettuce and more. 20x20 will feed 4. Cut your groc bill by 65% and eat MUCH better than processed crap.

Anyone have a clue what this was? My wife took this last night looking south south west towards the Merino/Hillrose, Co area.

Welp. It would appear late planted corn is not safe from tassel wrap in Southern Illinois (think Kentucky not Springfield) It’s the genetic base you think it is. No I can’t tell you the hybrid name due to NDA’s. The hybrids in the background with tassels out are UnBranded.
