In addition to recently being invited on to the GB World Class Programme, Teigan has now been selected to represent the UK at the Junior European Champ in Estonia in August. We wish Teigan the very best of luck with her preparations and hope she has a fantastic championship.

With teigans last day Central Taekwondo coming up I thought share some of her journey forever greatful 🙏 ❤️

Thats a wrap!! Teigan was practically born in this club from me being pregnant mum watching jordyn to me starting my journey teigan was in her car seat her pram, then practising her moves ! grand master Bailey invited teigan in at 3 years old Central Taekwondo its been a pleasure

Last night was Teigan's last class with Central before her new career as a full time athlete. She has just returned from Manchester after being crowned British Open International Champion. We wish Teigan all the best. Everyone at Central is super proud of her and will miss her.

A fantastic day for our Teigan winning bronze medal at the Junior European Champs in Estonia. She beat Bulgaria in the first match and then Cyprus in the quarters. She narrowly missed out on the final after a close match with Turkey Everyone at the club is super proud of her.

Max Cartwright British Champion 2023! He fought at Junior -68kg for the first time and won 3 tough matches. Lucas won a bronze medal in the cadets and Joe just missed out on the medals, going out in a close quarter final. A big thank you to coaches Darren and Jordyn today.

Superb bronze medal for Uraifaan on day 2 at the National champs. Archie, Khawlah & Harris all gave strong performances and just missed out on the medals. Zoe was awarded the gold medal but unfortunately didn’t get a match. . Well done team and once again thank you Darren & Jo.

1/3 Natasha does it again! British Poomsae Champion 2023. The 12th time she has been British Champion!! We are so very proud of her. Katie did really well in the cadet category and just missed out on the final.

2/3 Paula performed her best today and made the final and got really good scores. No medal for mother and daughter duo in the family but they have been training hard and this reflected in their performance. Natasha also won gold in pairs and silver in teams. A great day was had.

3/3 GM Bailey was Chief Referee for the event which ran smoothly. Coloured belts tomorrow. Good luck to Peter, Lucy, Niamh, Lauren, Caitlin, Khawlah, Uraifaan and Thomas.

Natasha was just pipped to a place in the quarter finals, losing by the narrowest of margins to Spain. She did Central and GB proud. Well done Tasha 👏👏
