#HighlandFire 🔥 Firefighters from the BLM and FS are joining Crook County Fire and Rescue in responding to the Highland Fire, currently burning outside of Prineville in the juniper canyon area. The fire is estimated at 200 acres.

#HighlandFire Update 🔥: Central Oregon Type 3 Incident Commander Cason McCain is going into unified command w/ Crook County Fire & Rescue. Multiple heavy helicopters & air tankers are working or in route to support FS, BLM and Crook County engines and crews working the blaze.
