It's March 8th - Happy International Women's Day! I was shocked years ago to learn that in some parts of China, it's an insult to call a woman a 3-8, or San-Ba (ไธ‰ๅ…ซ) -- a way for some to dismiss a woman who is too 'noisy'. It's definitely time to reclaim that term. ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ
