First graders wrote narratives and shared them with second grade.

Second and fourth grade had an amazing time on their field trip to the Olathe Public Library! Students learned about the summer reading program and got to check out two books on their new library cards!

Students had to research attacks and defensives of an animal. Then, they created "Pokémon" cards of their animals to battle. Congrats to the Killer Whale for beating all the animals!

Last year, our Central fifth grade students were excited to find Jacob Parrish locker at K-State Football. This year, they were excited to wish him well as he begins his NFL career on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Thrilled to cheer on an athlete from their future high school, Olathe North!
