Admin, take time every day next week to catch a teacher or staff member doing something great and leave them a post it note letting them know. Remember that most of your communication as a leader should be encouragement and praise!

Sick of still hearing about too many tests, when will we learn. We have to stop over testing kids, you don’t need a million of the same data points from a million tests in a school year. Remove the road blocks, test effectively & let teachers teach & let students enjoy learning!

If superintendents don't trust principals enough to run a school autonomously then don't hire them. Principals can't focus on staff/ school needs, if they're constantly looking over their shoulder. School stability is key to student success & stability begins w/the Principal!
