I would like to thank my lawyer Chris Mhike, he is one of a kind, ⁦MISA Zimbabwe⁩, ⁦ZLHR⁩ for support. When I was arrested and thrown into a terrifying ordeal, Chris didn’t just represent me, he stood with me. At every turn, he went far beyond the call of duty

So a tragedies should happen all the time for our people to get constant water supply by a local authority they elected to deliver social services? This is very bad. Whats the purpose then of having a council, if it cannot discharge its constitutional duties?
