What an amazing first week working with the most fantastic, supportive and compassionate team of creatives and ICU nurse experts. We have all earned some time to relax and recharge before entering back into the world of 2020 on Monday.

Today we experimented with performing in some of the PPE that ITU nurses wore during the pandemic. Communication was difficult, movement was restricted and it was very hot. We can only imagine how hard it was to work full and very tough shifts in it.

Today was a very emotional day. Working closely with women throughout this R&D, who experienced first hand the events explored in this play has been such a privilege. Their feedback highlights just how important this project is. Come & see for yourself nonsuchstudios.co.uk/whatson/critic…

We made it on the official BACCN 💙 2023 conference album. Prior to presenting some of the actors got into character by attempting the hospital bed making challenege- they didn't win, but made a very good effort, such a shame that wasn't captured 😄
