Very unacceptable service from British Airways regarding a serious incident involving my 8 month old baby on a flight yesterday where paramedics were called due to BA’s faulty equipment.I’ve had no contact from BA as promised and unable to speak on the phone.what do you advise?
So far only a very pathetic response from British Airways with an email apology and not even a call. Tells me that they do not consider infant safety a top priority. #airtravel #customerexperience #CX #customerservice #britishairways
