Great advice. The hardest part is realizing that it’s a continuous journey to grow these skills. It may seem daunting like there’s always more, but becoming comfortable with never being done is half the battle.

Can we all get a mental health break for a month or so when we make it through this pandemic? It scares me that we’re just going to go full speed into fixing the economic problems (basically working harder) without truly understanding the impact this has had on all of us.
