@KYBI_ke through the RPS Program organized a meeting of criminal justice actors in Lamu Island, Bringing together stakeholders from the judiciary, ODDP office, probation, CSOs, women, and youths to discuss the PCVE context in Lamu county

On Monday and Tuesday, Act! had an annual review meeting for the Electoral Conflict Mitigation and Civic Education Support (ECCES) program, which USAID Kenya supports.

1/4: On Tuesday and Wednesday, we had our last annual review meeting for the USAID Kenya Electoral Conflicts Mitigation and Civic Education Support (ECCES) program ahead of the next phase.

3/4: But here's a sneak preview: in areas where many thought the youth and women won’t show up to cast their ballot, the program contributed to their voting. Several areas were considered hotspots, but the program contributed to abating the poll violence.

4/4: Some organizations reported improved operations because of, among other factors, the capacity assessment we did for them. Stay tuned for more.
