Great to meet the CSJ students at Caribbean Canadian Association of Waterloo Region who worked in the ‘LIFTOFF’ program. LIFTOFF is a highlight for CCAWR & aims to support black entrepreneurs gain experience & networking opportunities. The students were tasked w/ various jobs such as social media outreach & development.

I attended their Awards of Excellence, in collaboration w/ the Congress of Black Women of Canada, which recognized the achievements of students who received scholarship awards. It was a fantastic night - thank you for having me!
