We're so excited to be kicking off #CenteringCare23 in Boston! It's always an amazing feeling when we bring the #ComplexCare field together, especially now. It feels like we're finally seeing the changes on the national level that we've been all been pushing toward for years.

CCA is putting our mission in action at the #CenteringCare23 conference! Attendees are invited to donate socks to the Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program at the CCA booth in the exhibit hall.

The CCA team hosted 2 beehive presentations during today's session. Meghan Malone-Moses, Clinical Research Manager and Rachel Russo, Director of Clinical Palliative Care kicked us off with a poster presentation about CCA's palliative care program. #CenteringCare23
