We can’t play our recorders in school, so we practiced our fingerings on pencils, and then tried playing on our coded recorders! Not perfect by any stretch but a great way to play our rhythms and read our notes on the staff! #d64leadwithlove

Another fun activity created by Margaret Gorcik. The kids loved composing their so mi patterns and sent me a million screenshots of their creations after they played them on the Scratch xylophones! I didn’t even ask them to turn in! They were just that proud.
