The light was amazing for the Boys 3200 Meters!

Day one of the CJ Group 2 Sectional meet. Four athletes so far have earned their spots at the Group 2 meet in two weeks. Joe Testai takes 2nd in a VERY close 800m, Abby Smith takes third in TJ, Carter Kelly takes 3rd in the 400H and Angela Peduto takes home 5th in the 400H 🚀

Angela Peduto runs another PR today in the 1600 to take home 9th. That’s two days, three events, three PRs and one ticket punched to the group meet. Now THAT is how you race your senior sectional meet! Proud of you, Ang! 🚀

Special shout out to Izzy Paris today. She had been in a bit of a “pause” this season but put the work in everyday and saw it pay off big time today. She ran a PR in the 100H and then tied her PR in the HJ. Izzy is always happy but I like PR-happy Izzy the best! 😉 🚀

Congratulations to Abigail Smith on her performance at the NJSIAA State Group II Championships! She recorded a personal record of 34’ 8.25” at the triple jump, achieving 8th place. She’ll be chasing the school record next year!
