I have honestly had the worst possible customer service from Matalan. I can honestly say, out of every company I’ve dealt with in the UK they are the worst! 😡 I am so SO angry & not one person will help me.

Order a parcel from Matalan for next day delivery… Thursday, Thursday came, I was told to give it 24 hours. Friday, told to give it 24 hours.. it’s now Sunday and guess what NO PARCEL. Told them I wanted it cancelling, I was ignored. Going from trustpilot they do this ALOT

Since when did tuiuk get rid of their special assistance at Manchester Airport ? I always used to rave about TUI’s special assistance but it was non existent when we went to Rhodes! Not one staff member helped in anyway!!!
