Had a great time at the NHERI RAPID - Natural Hazards Reconnaissance Equipment Training Workshop in Seattle last week!! The training included seismic site characterization testing, and I am excited to put my new skills to good use during some field testing next week👷🏻‍♀️

After 2 weeks of surviving the heat and a tropical storm, I am very happy to share that I completed active and passive seismic site characterization testing at 12 sites in the NC Coastal Plain and Piedmont with help from my GeoQuake team, NHERI RAPID - Natural Hazards Reconnaissance, and USGS collaborators!👷🏻‍♀️
