I’m always impressed with “Conservatives” who love to talk about the government and officials violating their Constitutional Rights, but when its done against people on the other side or to further ideals that they support it’s totally okay.

Zachary Neel Agree- should create a rule that pick reverts if made with 48 hours of the announcement. What I do understand is that things change- but I like how crystal balls and predictions used to be actual guesses not just a precursor because insiders got info.

The average salary needed to now afford a home in America is $115,000. And you want rates to be cut? Sure do it & then you’ll never afford a home ever.
