I’ll admit, this type of retreat is not in my “wheelhouse”. Yet, I was invigorated by our partners at BCBSM , patient advocates (the heroes of urologic disease, and our collaborators MontefioreUrology who made the long trip. Quality improvement in Michigan is the gold standard.

This could not have succeeded without the forethought and leadership of Khurshid Ghani and the entire MUSIC Urology team. Great agenda, amazing speakers, and most importantly, a plan for continued success over the next 5 years.
