5/ Similarly, while PD is thought of primarily as a movement disorder, there are many accompanying cognitive symptoms. Depression and anxiety are more common in people with PD, and perhaps the abnormal movement in the right arm was due to a pill-rolling tremor.

6/ And depression is not uncommon in this male age group and can cause apathy, memory impairment, and fatigue. Motor clumsiness would certainly not be unheard of.

You are more likely to need to be intubated for refractory seizures (status epilepticus) than if you get the appropriately-dosed benzodiazepines as first-line therapy.
