#OnThisDay, 6 Feb 1918, the Representation of the People Act gets royal assent, allowing some women in the UK the right to vote. Women had to be over 30 and meet property requirements. Full enfranchisement took another decade, arriving in 1928. #WomenInHistory #VotesForWomen
