Updates: Our internet is back. We did have some flooding in the basement and now appear to have some black mold and a leaky pipe down there. But, we've put in a maintenance request to let the rental agency know. Our landlord had the trees blocking our drive removed very quickly.

In other positive news, our local deer are starting to return, and the 3 wild turkeys that have adopted our yard were walking around it again today.
