May be vain and a little frivolous but you can really maximize aesthetics on terarecon: 3D model LAA + SVC + RV. Thanks to Dr. Van Cleeff at Sanger, who made this under 5 mins! Wake Forest Baptist Health Cardiology

I can't deal with this predatory behavior of NBE/ASE for past 6 mo. Not worth trying to get level 2. The punishment I get for reading >2000 echos during fellowship. And after paying >$1000 for echo boards which I passed. After all, it's the grainiest modality #echofirst #scams

Ginormous angiosarcoma on CT, unfortunately in a young woman (31 yo). Note that RCA is encased and likely feeding the vascularized tumor. Also incidental persistent L SVC. Any thoughts on next steps for patient care? Wake Forest Baptist Health Cardiology

Cardiac imagers: how do you keep track of good cases and what is your system for following up outcomes? I'm trying different things but have accumulated a hodgepodge and keep forgetting to follow up, i.e. stress tests or +ccta

High risk NSTEMI w/ VF. LVEDP 34, faint R->L collaterals LAD. IVUS LM 9 mm2. Surgical turndown. CP up, fixed LCx. pLAD revealed. Good image guided results pLCx and pLAD. Doing well, pump out next day. This is going to be a fun year. #unloadfirst Kunal Sangal Wake Forest Baptist Health Cardiology

Be wary of the soft calcium on CCTA, the kind that blends with contrast. Past the bright calcium, it's actually still plaque (arrow) in pLAD. This is relatively young lady (late 50s) who had recurrent atypical chest pain. Cath courtesy of Naveed Rajper MD

One of the cases presented at WF multi-modality imaging conference. Great use of CT virtual model for structural planning (valve-in-valve for Magna Ease tricuspid valve with severe dysfunction due to HALT). Pre-intervention CT virtual model and post-ViV TTE 4ch
