It is all very well for Three UK to send offensive threatening letters but then they simply do NOT answer their telephones; Held on for 27 minutes yesterday and have now been holding on for more than 13 minutes.

To really add insult to injury .. you get a recorded message from Three UK telling you their staff are working from home and you may hear animals and pets but when, after 19 minutes, you actually end up speaking to someone it is an extremely inept call centre in Mumbai!!
