Thanks to Ward Electric and ⁦Xcel Energy Colorado⁩ for restoring my neighborhood power after 48 hours. They worked in the dark and cold, climbing power poles until midnight on New Year’s Eve and came back today to finish the job. Professional and friendly. Deeply grateful.

“This is the biggest survey of any hydrothermal system that's been collected.” For the first time, scientists get a look at what's going on under the Yellowstone National Park's geysers. It may even help them better understand the origin of life on Earth. wired.trib.al/ouNY7Lj

Thought we’d some spring skiing Copper Mountain. Umm, it was “spring in CO” conditions—14 degrees, windy and snowing. Fun though. See you next season.
